Bread Knife

A wood bread knife! Do you have trouble making your bread slices straight and even? I know I do! This bow bread knife makes that easy! You will be able to watch as you cut to be sure the knife is being held level with the counter, so the slice comes out even all the way down! No more slices that start off wonderful, then end up as thin as paper at the bottom!

They have been conditioned with two applications of Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner. We decided that instead of varnishing the wood like so many of this style do, it would be better to treat the wood the same way we do our cutting boards. Our wooden cutting boards have the same conditioner on them, and they can be washed. (Washing something with varnish on it just doesn’t seem right 😊.) They just have to be dried right away. Likewise with this wood bread knife.
