Stock items may not be returned. Stock items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value than the purchase price (excluding shipping). The buyer must contact us regarding such an exchange within five days of receipt of the item. The original item must return to us in the same condition that it left. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. 

Although we carefully pack all of our products for shipping, and we have been fortunate to have only experienced a few damaged shipments, please be aware that there is always the potential. Any item, stock or custom, which arrives damaged, may be exchanged. Upon receiving a damaged item, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the damage. Due to Post Office policy we ask that prior to packing the damaged item to ship back that the buyer allow the Post Office verify the damage for the filed claim.

Return shipping for any item is the buyer's responsibility.


We understand that you want the item or items that you have ordered to arrive at your doorstep ASAP! If we have it in stock, then it will ship out the next day. However, sometimes we are out of that item, so there will be a delay while Gerry makes it. If that occurs, we will let you know, and we will give you an estimate for when you can expect it to arrive.

Although we do not have International Shipping as an option in ordering, we will ship any of our products internationally. Please contact us to figure the cost for you.
